In-Line Inspection Project Services

We traditionally provided inline inspection services which included pre-inspection run consulting, locating above ground markers (AGMs), or generating maps.

Our tool tracking services included cleaning pigs, dummy pigs, geometry tools and MFL tools.  The tracking was performed by experienced technicians using field computers to efficiently and accurately find AGM locations while tracking the tool, even under adverse conditions.  This level of technology reduced the number of people in the field and their related expenses.  Accurate AGM deployment and record keeping allows the tool vendor to correlate the AGMs with the tool data, providing more accurate anomaly location.

Consider the benefits of using the same AGM locations five years from now.  Having consistent reference points facilitates the overlay of the two inspections to track changes in the condition of the pipeline.  Proper planning can greatly enhance the utility of your final inspection reports.
